Cath joined SelfWealth as CEO in April 2021, returning to Australia after many years abroad in places such as Singapore, the UK, Latin America and the US. Outside of managing Australia’s favourite low-cost trading platform, Cath’s a charismatic BBQ party host, enjoys the outdoors — in particular, the beach and swimming — and reading about famous and interesting people of our times.

Mandy has over 25 years’ experience in overseeing the finance function in both private and listed companies. She has enjoyed a successful career as the CFO and Company Secretary across omni-channel organisations, most recently at Adairs and Forever New Clothing.

Yulia is our in-house Russian and Hebrew interpreter… She also happens to do some front-end coding for the website. Outside of work, she’s a World of Warcraft fan (amongst other games) and is very creative with a sewing needle in hand, handcrafting some beautiful pieces for people in the office.

Matt’s a jovial man that runs the customer support team. He’s the SelfWealth vegan (don’t hold that against him), spends a lot of time following financial markets even outside of work and enjoys cooking with his partner.

Tania heads up the operations and compliance teams of SelfWealth, helping onboard new members and supporting the systems that keep your money and shares safe. In her time outside of SelfWealth, Tania enjoys a traditional Italian family cook up, entertaining her dog Koko and fine dining around Melbourne.

As Chief Product Guy, Josh has a penchant for post-it notes and the sweet sweet smell of fresh sharpies. Josh spends his time digging into our customers’ most wicked problems and solve them through the power of tech and subconscious design. Josh is responsible for helping SelfWealth create, scale and optimize its product portfolio to have impact and empower our members on their investment journey. Josh is the perfect person for talk about emerging tech, creating software products, cars or the Carlton Football Club.

Jarrod runs the marketing for SelfWealth, which means he spends his time trawling reddit, creating pretty ads and emailing updates to SelfWealth members. He enjoys a strong beer or three, cycling around Melbourne on a single-speed, flying his drone over beautiful places and the occasional table-top game.

Dave is a key member of the business development team that distributes the SelfWealth Adviser Platform to financial planners across the country. He manages key relationships with financial planners, brokers, accountants and licensees. When not talking SelfWealth, Dave melts our heats with acoustic guitar renditions from the likes of John Mayer, Eric Clapton, Ben Harper. Dave’s happy place is spending time with his wife and daughter and he’s well known for allowing far too much time for laughter than his jokes warrant…

Andrew has been at SelfWealth since the beginning and has seen the company in all of its iterations, through to a public listing in 2017 and the explosive growth of 2020. His 25+ years of experience in IT across multiple industry has been hugely beneficial to the growth of SelfWealth to its current position as the biggest non-bank share trading platform in Australia. When he’s not ordering around the team of SelfWealth developers, Andrew can be found fixing things around the house, entertaining his family or yelling at the Brisbane Lions on the TV.

Brendan heads up the sales team for the SelfWealth Adviser Platform and helped launched the US trading feature for SelfWealth members. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) and Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP). Brendan is a Western Bulldogs tragic, loves exploring Australia and moonlights as an unpaid Uber driver for his four kids.
